The Crown On Your Head by NancyTillman

Do you ever feel that warm feeling on your head? Well that warm feeling is your crown. The Crown On Your Head by Nancy Tillman is a picture book. This story takes place in a lot of different places from fields to deserts. This story is during the childhood of the magnificent children around the world. The main characters in this story are the amazing children around this beautiful world. The main idea of this story is that you just have to believe and everything will be alright. From reading this book I realized that you need to believe in the things that really count. You can learn from this story because the story has a good moral. As long as your crown is on your head you will be okay.
This story has a wonderful life lesson. I agree that you just have to believe. I where my crown with belief and and pride and I know that there is nothing you cant to when you where your crown.
I totally recommend this book. On a scale from 1-5 I give it a 5.
Some other books by Nancy Tillman are On The Night You Were Born , It's Time To Sleep My Love, and Wherever You Are My Love Will Find You. I hope you will like these books!

Smile by Raina Telgemeier

Smile is a wonderful book. It might be a comic book but that doesn't mean that you shouldn't read it. When I got it I read it in the first hour I got it. Smile is about a girl who doesn't like going to the dentist. Then one day she finds out she might half to get braces and she freaks out. It gets really good from there hope you will enjoy this book if you read it!!!

Weslandia By Paul Fleischman

In the beginning I noticed that Wesley was not like all the other kids, or should I say the other kids were not like him. His parents want him to be like the other kids. Wesley refuses to do any of the things his parents say. Then he starts to grow crops. He doesn't know what type of crop it is. The crops get really big. All of the people he goes to school with start looking at everything Wesley is doing. I think they are jealous of what he is doing. In the end  all the other kids wears what Wesley wears. The moral is be what you want everything will be good. I recommend this book!!!

The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore

When I saw the pictures in this book I knew this was going to be a good book. You can tell a lot about a book from the pictures. The pictures in this book show how Mr. Morris Lessmore feels. In the beginning of the book everything was black and white. Towards the middle of the story the back round was colored and he was black and white. Then in the last part of the book everything was colored. I recommend this not just because of the pictures but because of the story also and it is a picture book. The story is about a man who loves books and spends his days reading and writing in his journal. Then one day a storm comes and blows away all his words in all his books except his journal. Then he gets lead to a library by a magical book and that is where his life changes. This story has a really good moral. My moral is that if you feel blue or gray a book will help no matter what!!!

This film helps you imagine what happened in the book. I really liked this film. I think this film is the same as the book.
